I have always been curious about how technology can improve the way we live, work, and connect. That curiosity shaped a career at the intersection of commerce, digital growth, and transformation, where for 15 plus years I have led eCommerce strategy and execution for global brands including Google, The Walt Disney Company, and Nestlé.

Today, I focus on building scalable commerce models across DTC, marketplaces, and retail.com, and on helping organizations navigate complexity through clear priorities, strong operating rhythms, and customer first thinking. I am especially energized by AI and emerging technology, not as a trend, but as a practical lever to enhance customer experience, strengthen decision making, and modernize how teams work.

Alongside my executive work, I trained as a leadership coach, which reinforces my belief that great digital outcomes come from great leadership. I am known as an analytical and empathetic leader who creates clarity, builds trust, and raises the bar while bringing people along.

When time allows, I mentor startup founders, supporting them with strategy, positioning, and early operating choices.

Born in San Francisco and raised on the Swiss Italian border, I speak French, Italian, and English fluently.
