Swimming
From a young age, I’ve been an avid swimmer, practicing throughout the year, several times a week. It's such a peaceful practice that helps ease the stress of daily life.
When I get the chance, I love swimming in open waters and directly connecting with nature: a luxury I'm always extremely grateful for.
Motorcycling
Growing up I’ve always been intrigued by the world of motorcycling: a different way of exploring the world; of traveling in nature; and a unique community and camaraderie.
When I turned 40, I decided to go for it and learn how to ride, and it brought me so much joy! Riding makes me focused on the present moment, enjoying the ride ahead and it's a great way to clear my head when I need to.
I now love taking Dahlia, my Kawasaki Z650 RS, for rides along the lake or a trip up the mountains whenever I have the chance.
Yoga
I started practicing yoga a few years ago and I would have never imagined it was going to have such a big impact on my well-being. I was lucky to meet some incredible teachers who made me discover Ashtanga yoga and all its mental and physical benefits.
It's a practice that has become part of who I am and one I will continue to practice for as long as I can.
Drawing
I grew up with a father who is an architect and who introduced me to the art of sketching and drawing, which is something we often practiced together at weekends.
Today, I find drawing and painting extremely relaxing. It's another activity that keeps me in the present moment and one I turn to whenever the inspiration strikes.
